Amour Fou’s Latest Round Release

Being across the country from one another hasn’t stopped the Ludwig Brothers. Their band, the hardcore-punk duo Amour Fou, has just released a digital EP, and it’s great.

Full Circle, available over at their Bandcamp site, features two deadly original tracks and one hugely fun live Rancid cover. It’s set at “name your price”, so you can either walk away with this for free or drop a few shekels in the tip jar.

Bassist/vocalist Justin Ludwig had this to say about the two originals:

The two tracks are “Full Circle” – which was written about shifting times in punk and the return to completely homemade scenes, the way it existed for many years – and “Brian Chupik” – written about my grade-five hockey team, The Hawks, and the weird kid who was the awkward weak link.
