Arch Enemy

Formed in 1996, this Swedish death metal band drew on members on other established metal bands and were considered a bit of a “super group”. Over the years they’ve gone through a few line-up changes, the most recent being the addition of Alissa White-Gluz (ex of Montreal’s The Agonist) in March. That was followed by the release of the band’s tenth studio album War Eternal in June.

Sunday, Nov. 2 Arch Enemy are in town to play an all-ages show at the University of Regina’s Riddell Centre. Sharing the bill are fellow metal bands Kreator and Huntress. Tickets are $40. To give you a sense of what to expect here’s the video for the title track off War Eternal:
