Carpe Noctem

No pick of the day today. Instead, here’s a heads up about an arts event that’s happening Hallowe’en night at the Callie Curling Club. Carpe Noctem (Latin for Seize the Night) offers a blend of music and visual art, with proceeds from the event and an accompanying silent auction going to support an Adopt a Family program that helps families in need over the Christmas holidays.

Bands that will be playing include None Shall Sleep Tonight and Soiled Doves from Regina, and Fabric from Saskatoon. Doors are at 7 p.m., and tickets are $15 advance and $20 at the door. You can read more about Carpe Noctem here.
