Headed out for a walk tonight. Saw the police lights flashing a couple of blocks away. Decided eventually to check it out. It appears that somebody got t-boned at the intersection of Rose &12th. Backdrop kind of shows downtown Regina at its best, doesn’t it? (click to embiggen)
