Palliser All Candidates Forum Tonight

Tonight, at 7pm, the Cathedral Area Community Association will be hosting an all-candidates forum for candidates in the Palliser riding. Speaking tonight and answering questions from the audience are incumbent Ray Boughen (Conservative), Russ Collicott (Liberal), Noah Evanchuk (NDP) and Larissa Shasko (Green).

Things will start at 7pm at the Cathedral Neighbourhood Centre (2900, 13th Ave — across the street from the 13th Ave Safeway). Moderator for the night will be Newstalk 980’s Murray Wood.

Incidentally, if you know of other all-candidate forums happening in the Regina area, let us know and we’ll promote them on the blog.

  1. Murray Wood is allowed to moderate, even after his recent super biased, unbalanced editorials against the Liberals? For shame. Not that I’ve ever believed a grown-up can’t separate his private views from his puiblic work. As for the debate, I hope Evan Chuk doesn’t waste his time with highminded blathering attacks on Bougher, nor condescending come-to-jesus chitchat. There’s only one way to fight Cons-with your shotguns a-blazin.

  2. Wow. I never realized Palliser cut thru Old Wives Lake. My vote goes to the candidate working hard for the reunification of OWL!

    Old! Wives! Lake!
    Old! Wives! Lake!

  3. I don’t know if anyone’s mentioned it yet, but there’s an All Party Political Forum at Knox Met Church (Victoria Ave entrance) Wednesday April 20 from 7-9 p.m.
