Pick of the Day: L’Amour Fou

Not to be confused with the hardcore Regina rock band Amour Fou, L’Amour Fou is a French biopic which explores the life of famed fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent from the perspective of his one-time lover and long-time business partner Pierre Berge.

L’Amour Fou screens tonight and Saturday night at the RPL Theatre at 7 p.m., and Friday and Sunday night at 9 p.m. Here’s the trailer.

Author: Gregory Beatty

Greg Beatty is a crime-fighting shapeshifter who hatched from a mutagenic egg many decades ago. He likes sunny days, puppies and antique shoes. His favourite colour is not visible to your puny human eyes. He refuses to write a bio for this website and if that means Whitworth writes one for him, so be it.

  1. You know what’s f*cked up? That lady who got her face ripped off by the chimp. I just saw her prior to her face transplant. The worst thing I ever saw.
