I posted on this the other day. Tonight, the opening reception for this interactive installation by composer Jeff Morton and theatre artist Kathleen Irwin goes at the Dunlop Art Gallery. According to advance publicity, the installation enables participants to collaborate on the creation of a musical composition using an upright piano.
In addition to the reception, which starts at 7 p.m., there’s also a musical performance. Then tomorrow starting at 1 p.m., there’s artist talks followed by workshop on creative composition for piano with Morton. To register for that visit www.reginalibrary.ca
