It was not without a certain amount of trepidation that I did a Google image search for this Winnipeg-based blues/rock/country/folk band. But the adjacent image was second in the queue, so that was okay. Also prominent were a number of close-up shots of violins and guitars — f holes being the curvy openings cut into the body of string instruments to help modulate the sound.
Tonight, the flesh-and-blood F-Holes are at O’Hanlon’s Pub. I caught them last time they were in town and thought they were good.
