In the American Navy, the designation USS stands for United States Ship. In Star Trek, USS stood for United Space Ship. In this post, USS is short-hand for a Toronto-based musical duo Ubiquitous Synergy Seeker who are at the Exchange tonight.
USS consists of Ashley Buchholz (vocals, guitar, erhu) and Jason Parson (turntablist). They’ve been around since 2007, and are being backed up tonight by the Windsor-based folk rock band Michou.
