That’s right, you can blame Stephen LaRose and his Six In The Morning for opening up the My Little Pony mashup box that has been slowly consuming the internet. Here’s my favourite of the mashups so far: a flawlessly animated rendition of Reggie Watts’ takedown of gangsta rap, “Fuck Shit Stack.” It starts off with a blast of obscenity, shifts into absurdity, then begins to skewer hip-hop stereotypes likes birds impaled in mid-flight. Even better, this should satisfy the prairie dog grammar nerd brigade with lines “Where my gerunds at?”
This is utterly and absolutely unsafe for work.
