Anyway, if you don’t want to lose a beautiful example of modernist architecture (not to mention the mural by Bob Boyer on the west wall, adjacent businesses, and several houses directly behind the current Safeway), you should really consider going to the Cathedral Neighbourhood Centre this evening between 4:30 and 8pm and let the City and the Developers what you think.   1. I read a different L-P article which mentioned that the Scotiabank is staying but everything else in the complex isn’t.
    I will miss the bagel store (the last Great Canadian Bagel in Regina?) but what just struck me is that the laundromat would be gone. Are people going to have to go to North Central to do their laundry now? I can’t think of another laundromat except for the one at Dewdney and Elphinstone.
