This Week At City Hall: Snore.

Monday, March 14
CITY COUNCIL (5:30 pm): Considering a recommendation to rezone and authorize for sale a municipal buffer strip near 2402 – 9th Ave N so that nearby businesses can turn that grassy knoll into parking. Also considering the house that wants to become a daycare at 4401 Dewdney Ave, and the IT server room in City Hall that wants to move from the second floor to the basement at a cost of $645,000. Wow. After the not-racist barn-burner of two weeks ago, this council meeting looks like it’s going to be a total snoozefest.

As the Planning Commission meeting for Wednesday is canceled, that’s it for the week. If you want to read that council agenda, you can download it on the city’s website.
