Gee Whiz, Rosie, How About Doing Some Research Before You Post?

Remember a couple of years ago when Brad Wall took part in CTV’s Save Local TV campaign, saying it was critically important that CTV sponge more money off cable subscribers by threatening to close local channels have local television stations tell local stories? (Fagstein)

And the next year the Wall government scraps SCN? (prairie dog)

Well, gee. What did you see when you turned into CTV Regina or Saskatoon to watch the election results?

Yeah. That’s what local TV was saved for.

  1. Are you saying CTV didn’t participate in the provincial election results at all? Then you are mistaken. CTV joined in the provincial election after 9 pm. Just because CTV didn’t start at 8 pm like Global and CBC did, it doesn’t mean they weren’t involved. There wasn’t much to see for election results until 9 pm anyway.
