I’ll be spending most of Canada Day at the airport picking up family members who are arriving in town from far-flung corners of the country for our annual visit. But if you’re looking to celebrate the two highest profile events that are going on in Regina are the annual gathering in Wascana Centre and the Lt. Governor’s Garden Party which goes at Government House from 1-4 p.m. and includes a performance by Regina musician Jeffery Straker.

Oh, and there’s also a special Canada Day version of the RCMP’s Sunset Ceremony happening at the parade grounds on Dewdney Ave. starting at 6:45 p.m.
