Born in Maryland in 1945, Essig became a Canadian citizen in 1978. According to his bio, he began playing guitar when he was 16 and he has subsequently carved out a solid career for himself as a folk musician who has performed across the country and around the world.
Tonight Essig is in town to play a show at the SCES Club that’s being presented by Grassroots Regina. The show should start around 8:30 p.m. and tickets are $15.
