This is an annual event that includes stops in many cities across Canada, and features a mix of presentations, displays and product demonstrations by well-known practitioners in the fields of alternative health, healing, knowledge, awareness and holistic well-being.
The Regina version of the Body, Soul & Spirit Expo goes at Conexus Arts Centre Friday from 3-10 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Tickets are $12 a day, or $25 for a weekend pass.
